The Problem
The client was maintaining three entirely separate websites, each with its own updates, content, and management overhead. Small changes had to be repeated across every property, slowing operations and compounding costs. Lead and contact workflows were inconsistent across sites, there was no structured hiring process, and the setup had no clear path to scale. Every new location or brand would mean starting from scratch.
The Solution
We architected a centralized multi-tenant platform that powers all three branded websites from a single shared system. Each brand keeps its own identity, content, and configuration while the underlying infrastructure (deployment, components, and workflows) is managed once. Structured contact and lead collection was standardized across all properties. A guided multi-step job application wizard replaced informal phone-based hiring, centralizing candidate intake and making the process measurable. The architecture is designed so new websites and brands can be onboarded without rebuilding anything from scratch.
The Outcome
The client now operates three websites from one system. Maintenance that previously required three rounds of work now happens once. Long-term development and scaling costs dropped substantially. New brands can launch on the existing foundation in a fraction of the time. What was a collection of disconnected static websites is now a scalable digital platform capable of supporting expansion, reusable workflows, and faster feature delivery as the business grows.
